Through smart terminals and mobile networks (3G/LTE/5G), mobile video and voice could be displayed on the situation board in real time without installing a separate app on the smartphone, so that it's possible to provide a solution for information exchange and communication between reporter and receptionist or control center and disaster scene in real time without delay.
